Adamant Puebla II

Over the past 20 years, the metropolitan patch in the center of the country – also called the Megalopolis region – has grown solidly connecting important cities. One of the cities with the largest area of influence over the others and with one of the most prosperous developments in the area is Puebla. The city of Puebla houses important industries, and also a transcendental real estate development for the growth of its economy.

Within this network of progress and new urban morphology is Adamant II, one of the most outstanding architectural protagonists of the Puebla skyline. The apartment building designed and built in 2015 by the architecture firm MAYER HASBANI is forcefully detached from its neighbors for its elegant design and the timely solution to the needs of the contemporary real estate market. Adamant II is a strategic game of vertical concrete planes that form structural squares that inside the living space to its full potential. Adamant II houses eight types of apartments. By offering different possibilities of living spaces, it ensures that the life of the building is heterogeneous, inclusive, and that it forms a true community within. Inhabitants of Adamant II live together within the complex, share experiences and also do so in the carefully designed amenity areas on the 26th and 27th floors: game room, skybar, yoga room, pilates, party room, spa and lounge for relaxation.
The complex has a swimming pool located on the seventh floor that works for the enjoyment of its inhabitants and also as a smart design resource located above the residents parking. In this way, the volume of parking fulfills a double function and takes responsibility with people and not only with cars.
