Located in the city of Monterrey, the Master Plan for the FUNDIDORA Mixed Use Project is being developed.
The property is divided into two: 1.- The commercial area and hotel adjacent to the CFE substation since it will be a medium height closed building. The commercial area will have 2 accesses and exits. 2.- The residential area with the biggest front and views to the Fundidora Park.
The shopping center will function as a connecting passage between the street and the park, improving its flow and commercial success. It will be an urban connector where the walks in the park begin and end. The restaurants will be on the side of the park with open terraces.
A tucking in on the sidewalk that works as a distributor and lobby of the set is generated. In this one the pedestrian square is generated that gives access to the Commercial Center and also gives space for the lanes of vehicular integration and motor Lobby.
