The MOLIERE 310 project is an office project. It consists of a building with 6 levels above the sidewalk level with one level with a commercial area and five levels of offices. Likewise, the project is made up of 4 levels or Parking Basements under the sidewalk level.
It has an excavation area of 600 m2, occupying 100% of the land assigned, under bench. These basement levels are developed in Half Levels. The vehicular access and exit are made through Moliere Street arriving to the basement level 1 High. The basements have vertical circulation; with 1 elevator that intercommunicates with all the levels or basements with the Ground Floor or Level 1 Access. There is also a core of stairs. Within these levels are the service areas that house the machine room, drinking water tanks, rainwater, treatment plant, electrical room, transformers, etc., which includes the respective boards and meters with direct access to the street of moliere.
It has capacity for 92 total boxes. The building has 5 levels of offices (Level 2 to 6) for a maximum of two tenants per level and a commercial and access floor (Level 1 Ground Floor). The regulations stipulate 1 box per 30 m2. The total construction area is 2,520 m2, which requires a total of 84 boxes. The project has a greater number of 8 parking spaces or boxes.
